Re-read all chips as 27V6402 and saved as magic_1.xxx

Inspection of the PCB showed the following...
All pin 33's were shorted to ground
It appears that only the lower 8 data bits had connections
Pin 1's were not connected on all the sound chips (u7,u8,u13 and u14) and on U20 of the daughter board.
All those chips had the following warning from the programmer - "poor contact pin #1"
All other chips had pin #1 connected to each other and off to some other place on the board


Re-read u7,u8,u13 and u20 as 27C3252 and saved as magic_2.xxx
No warning messages from the programmer
